Allan B. Stark is the President of Negotiate4U.  Born and raised in Baltimore, Allan graduated from the University if Maryland in 1966.  He began working in the family business, Stark Office Supply, and was involved in helping the Purchasing Department  locate the lowest prices for the thousands of items purchased daily.  As the business grew to 65 employees and 3 locations, doing over 8 million in volume, Allan realized that the giant superstores Office Depot and Staples planned to converge in the Baltimore Metro area. The business was sold and Allan retired to Boca Raton, Florida.  That lasted only a few months as the “negotiating bug” got the better of Allan.

Today Negotiate4U has clients across America and Allan has negotiated hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings for his clients.  Allan speaks regularly and teaches the art of negotiating. He is married to Bonnie, the love of his life,  who is in sales,  and  they are raising Winnie Elisabeth, an 8 pound Maltese. Both Bonnie and Winnie have become formidable negotiators.  Allan also has two wonderful daughters,  Amy and Julie, who have been instrumental in developing the website and promoting Negotiate4U.
